Wellbeing Group

A weekly peer‑led well‑being group offering a supportive space for anyone who is struggling and looking for guidance, connection, and open discussion around addiction and recovery. Alongside the group discussions, we also offer activities such as walking and fishing groups to help people connect in different ways.

The group meets every Thursday from 12 pm to 3 pm and is facilitated by one of our experienced peer volunteers. All are welcome.
